Schuler was driving drunk and high on marijuana and there was no underlying medical condition such as a heart attack stroke or diabetes to explain the crash authorities say. Daniel Schuler disagrees according to a published report and he will ask that his wife’s body be exhumed for an independent autopsy. He believes an autopsy will show that an underlying medical condition caused his wife’s erratic behavior the New York Daily News reported. Barbara a Garden City lawyer who said he represents Daniel Schuler has scheduled a news conference Thursday at his office and the husband is expected to speak there.
