The Westlake Village planning director sent the owner of Amazing Healing Supply located on La Baya Drive a cease-and-desist letter June 17 informing him that the dispensary was prohibited from operating in a business park zone according to city documents. An attorney for owner Ron Glantz filed an appeal with the city and will make his case tonight during the City Council meeting.
