S Drug Enforcement Administration agents descended on Emmalyn’s California Cannabis Clinic Wednesday afternoon. Agents loaded up several pickup trucks parked outside as they carried out marijuana plants grow lights and other equipment. Police say man killed in drug deal gone bad

Brian Caufield 31 was killed Thursday night in the Sherman aks area of Los Angeles. Police said a preliminary investigation revealed Caufield had invited three men inside possibly to sell them marijuana. nce inside at least two of them identified themselves as police and attempted to rob Caufield of drugs and cash police said. Caufield’s roommate was handcuffed by one of the men and Caufield was taken into a bedroom by another man. Police said there was a struggle and Caufield was shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
