Proving that there is no limit to how stupid the stoner mind can be a 20-year-old man is facing animal cruelty and possession of marijuana charges for. Authorities responding to a domestic disturbance call at the residence caught him smoking marijuana from a contraption that had his cat stuffed inside its 12-inch by 6-inch base.

Investigators told the National Transportation Safety Board on Tuesday that the conductor was one of the personnel on the Union Pacific freight train. He was not driving the freight train at the time of the crash. Investigators also said the engineer of a Metrolink passenger train failed to stop at a red signal before colliding head-on with the freight train. The investigators said there was no mechanical error involving either train.
