An NSP canine indicated an odor of drugs coming from the rear of the vehicle. A search of the vehicle led to the seizure of 123. The drugs were located in the trunk of the vehicle. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle 38-year-old David Patterson of Colton California was lodged in the Buffalo County Detention Center on a charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver.
