Woman 17 arrested for marijuana possession

Officers responding to a narcotics use in progress call at 9350 Dyer smelled burning marijuana and found Gloria Briones 17 and a 16-year-old boy at the scene police said. An investigation found Briones in possession of nine wrapped baggies of marijuana and the 16-year-old in possession of one baggie of marijuana police said. Briones was booked into the El Paso County Jail on possession of marijuana over two ounces and under four ounces. The 16-year-old was referred to juvenile court and released to a parent.

The two men entered the facility in the Mission Hills Professional Arts building at 15300 Devonshire Street Friday night and opened fire said Los Angeles police Lt. No one was injured but the robbers ran with $200 to $300 in cash and an unknown amount of medical marijuana according to Grayson.
