article-tools –> November 10, 2008 09:00am POLICE investigating a minor disturbance at a Bayswater house have charged one of the occupants with drug and gun offences. Officers went to the Shaftesbury Ave house last night to investigate a report that windows were being smashed. While they were at the house, officers found a cannabis plant growing in the back yard and swan-off shot gun inside the property. A 24-year-old Bayswater man was charged with cultivating a prohibited plant, possessing unlicensed firearm and receiving. A 20-year-old East Victoria Park man was later charged with causing criminal damage. For legal reasons, comments cannot be published on this matter.
