But hemp has been used for at least 5,000 years for cloth and food, as well as just about everything that is produced from petroleum products. Hemp is not marijuana and vice versa. Hemp is the male plant and it grows like a weed, hence the slang term. The original American flag was made of hemp fiber and our Constitution was printed on paper made of hemp. It was used as recently as World War II by the U.

8):Whatever positive statements DA Blodgett may have made on this subject go out the window when he starts spreading scare tactics that are simply false or outright lies. The DA says marijuana is now 30 percent THC to scare voters and trick parents. How can we trust him on other matters when we catch him in this big lie?The Feds test confiscated marijuana every year for THC content and the most recent government test of average marijuana is 10 percent THC. DA Blodgett says 30 percent THC, three times the actual Federal results. Shame on him for this fabrication. No wonder teens don’t believe the politicians or prosecutors.
