With Children” star David Faustino has been charged withpossession of cannabis after being arrested in Florida earlier this month. The 33-year-old actor, who played Bud Bundy in the 1990s comedy, was arrestedin New Smyrna Beach in the early hours of May 12 on suspicion ofdisorderly intoxication. Police allegedly found a small amount of marijuana onhis person. Faustino faces up to a year in jail if found guilty. Monday, Ada County paramedics were dispatched to a reported overdose at a home in the 4200 block of Loneseome Lane in Boise. The resident, 26-year-old Joseph Raub, was examined by paramedics but did not need any medical treatment. While at Raub’s home, paramedics saw several marijuana plants and alerted Ada County Sheriff’s deputies. When detectives searched the home, they found 42 marijuana plants along with drug paraphernalia and guns. The plants are described as high-grade marijuana plants with an estimated street value of $84,000. Raub was arrested and charged with manufacturing marijuana, a felony. — A Manchester man arrested after police found him with a plush Easter bunny that had been stuffed with marijuana has been given a suspended prison sentence. Ian Lawrence, 26, had been pulled over by police in April after allegedly running a red light. Police said they found 19 grams of marijuana in his car, most of it inside the stuffed rabbit. In Superior Court Tuesday, Lawrence was sentenced to a suspended one-year prison term followed by two years of probation after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana. Other charges, including operating a drug factory and motor vehicle violations were dropped. Policed said that after Lawrence was stopped and stepped out of the car, the officer smelled marijuana and saw some marijuana on the floor between the driver’s seat and the door.
