He explained that the depot was discovered at Tudun Yanlihidda area of the town through an intensive surveillance by operatives of the command. “Three other suspects are at large and efforts are on to arrest them,” he added. According to him, more than 200 kg of dried weeds suspected to be cannabis were seized during the raid. Lawan said the suspects would be charged at court as soon as investigation was completed. He called for the cooperation of the public in the war against drug merchants in the state. Lawan also advised landlords to always be conscious of the activities of their tenants, in order to avoid drugs peddlers in their midst.
