Timothy Ray Sypolt, 27, of Terra Alta, pleaded guilty in November to manufacturing a controlled substance. Sypolt and Patricia Falkner, 26, were arrested in April. This category can include someone being caught with cannabis to large-scale heroin or cocaine dealers and smugglers. Det Insp Chris Sharman, Northumbria Police drugs co-ordinator, said: “Most drugs offences are possession and after that, you are talking about possession with intent to supply and supply, the most common offences. After that, there’s production, which could be something like growing cannabis plants. “Possession will be higher in city centres because there are more people coming in and out of the area. ”
