Seven subjects completed the study, and the product with
highest THC content (12 per cent), highest humidity (14 per
cent) and largest grind size (10mm) was rated highest overall. Significant differences were noted between preparations on
subjective ratings of appearance and colour. Researchers
concluded that a “more acceptable cannabis product may
increase recruitment and retention in clinical studies of medical
cannabis. ” They noted that in September 2006 about 20 per
cent of authorized cannabis users obtained herbal cannabis from
Health Canada, compared to about 10 per cent in September

Truth is our illogical drug laws were created for mostly racial reasons back when white men were in charge and they remain steady today now that corporations are in charge. There is big money flowing into the government and into the pockets of big business. I firmly believe that if marijuana could only come in pill form (money for drug companies) and the profits off of hemp went to corporations instead of individuals they it would be a legal substance. If you don’t believe any of this (most, including myself don’t at first) do a little research on the subject. It will totally change your mind. Just to make clear however, I am not for any minor using any substance and believe drugs to have an overall negative effect on society. I just don’t believe in a nanny state.

Gold Coast detectives focused on the sale of methyl amphetamine, known as ice, and arrested three people. Heroin, cannabis and a card-skimming device were found during searches of Gold Coast homes, police said. Officers arrested a 47-year-old Currumbin Waters man at a Nergan car park today and charged him with trafficking a dangerous drug, supplying a dangerous drug and breaking and entering. A 43-year-old woman of Currumbin Waters and a 36-year-old man from the Brisbane suburb of Birkdale also have been charged with drug offences. They are due to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on December 13. In southwest Queensland, 19 people have been charged with 53 offences after an operation that wound up this week.
