Jail records list Addison's additional charges as possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of marijuana, both third-degree felonies. Addison, 37, was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a first-degree misdemeanor. Addison told detectives that he and his son, Timberlan, were playing Sunday about 10:30 a. on a couch, where Addison said he had forgotten he hid a 9mm handgun in the cushions.
Farmer faces marijuana charges

The farmer of Wailevu in Labasa is expected to be charged if the Government analyst confirms the plants to be marijuana. Divisional Media Liaison officer Sergeant Ajay Nand said the plants were uprooted after a tip off. He said the plants were about 70 centimetres in height.
