The Trumbull-Ashtabula-Geauga Law Enforcement Task Force found 75 marijuana plants growing hydroponically — which means without soil — in Eduardo’s basement with the assistance of sodium lights and a fan and pipe to vent hot air outside, said Sgt. Jeff Orr, task force commander. The task force also found 15 potted marijuana plants growing outdoors, Orr said. Eduardo remains free on a $7,500 bond. Eduardo is co-owner of Blooming Gardens, a hydroponic plant business on Elm Road in Warren, Orr said.
