When no one answered a knock on the front door, the agent went to the back of the building and spotted the pot plant. When officers arrived, they confirmed that the plant was marijuana. After police got a search warrant, Patrick was charged with manufacturing marijuana and possession of drug-related objects. He also was charged with tampering with evidence. Police said he pulled the marijuana plant out of the pot, balled it up and put it under a couch cushion. While police were behind Patrick’s duplex, they spotted another marijuana plant growing on a deck next door… After police got a search warrant, Patrick was charged with manufacturing marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
