Ryan Edward Dunn was stopped by police at about 3:15 p. Friday in the 40600 block of Cartier Road in Murrieta as he was leaving home in a BMW X3, the release said. Officers found $3,000 in cash on the 23-year-old… While executing a search warrant at Dunn’s home, officers found almost a half-pound of marijuana prepared for sales, $24,000 in cash, a loaded AK-47 assault rifle, two unloaded SKS assault rifles and an unloaded. Officers also discovered 32 small marijuana plants growing hydroponically in an upstairs bedroom. Dunn told officers he was growing and selling the marijuana under the California Compassionate Use Act as a primary caregiver for others. During the investigation, officers witnessed Dunn selling marijuana for nonmedical reasons, the release said.
