Officers from Warwickshire Police stopped Roy Selby, from Southam, in Wentworth Road, Rugby, on Wednesday. He was arrested and has now been charged with possession with intent to supply. He was remanded in custody by magistrates in Rugby on Friday. It is thought to be the largest seizure of cannabis in the town, a police spokesman said.
