It was comforting and calming. Jahan did give me two valuable pieces of paper: a physician’s statement to take to a cannabis club to become a member and a DMV form to get a handicap placard. I was all for the pot club paper. After the sleepless night at David’s, I had been taking two Marinol, the legal pill form of marijuana, every night before bed. I usually woke up once or twice, but that was far better than the 10 or 15 times I was waking up without it. It was the only drug I had found that gently lulled me to sleep instead of knocking me out and the only thing that didn’t give me a tiring hangover… Jahan did give me two valuable pieces of paper: a physician’s statement to take to a cannabis club to become a member and a DMV form to get a handicap placard.
